Pulse of the Worker - protecting the life and health of the team

The Employee Pulse module is available to companies that employ minimum of 5 employees. The basis is an accident and health insurance that operates 24/7 worldwide. The employer is free to extend the coverage with additional modules:

  • ACCIDENT (NNW) - foundation of protection: personal accident insurance, operating 24 hours a day worldwide.
  • WORK - Additional benefits for accidents at work and loss of employment.
  • DISEASE - Protection for diseases diagnosed during the policy period.
  • BLISKERS - Coverage extended to the spouse/partner and parents of the insured.
  • CHILD - Comprehensive insurance for children covering both illnesses and accidents.
  • TRAVEL - coverage of medical expenses abroad.
  • MEDICAL ASSISTANCE. - Medical assistance, including telemedicine and specialized support after the diagnosis of a serious illness.
  • LEGAL ASSISTANCE - legal assistance services for the insured.

Pulse of Health - private medical care

The Health Pulse module provides employees and their families with access to medical care at private facilities. It includes medical reimbursement, specialist consultations and access to an electronic occupational medicine platform. Pulse of the Company - employer risk protection

The Pulse of the Company module is available for companies that employ minimum of 20 employees. Protects the employer from costs arising from mandatory employee benefits under the Labor Code. The employer chooses from five modules:
