Choose from 3 variants: Standard, Extended and Complex. Unique option Freedom to Treat allows 70% to be reimbursed for services at out-of-network facilities (up to PLN 500/quarter). Antidote Plus insurance provides cashless access to medical services in a network of private Medical Partner facilities throughout Poland. The cost of treatment is paid directly by InterRisk. With the Freedom of Treatment option, you can also use out-of-network facilities with 70% reimbursement.

  • Consultation of primary care physicians: Internist, pediatrician, family medicine doctor - unlimited visits in all variants.
  • Adult specialists (without referral): Standard: 7 (surgeon, gynecologist, ENT, neurologist, ophthalmologist, orthopedist, cardiologist). Extended: +12 specialists (allergist, dermatologist, diabetologist, endocrinologist, gastroenterologist, hematologist, nephrologist, oncologist, pulmonologist, proctologist, rheumatologist, urologist). Complex: +ginecologist-endocrinologist.
  • Adult Specialists (by referral, Complex): vascular surgeon, surgical oncologist, infectious disease physician, hepatologist, immunologist, neurosurgeon, medical rehabilitation physician.
  • Child Specialists: Standard: 6 specialists. Extended: +dermatologist +5 with referral. Complex: full coverage.
  • Laboratory and diagnostic tests: CBC, biochemistry, ultrasound, X-ray, ECG - the scope depends on the variant.
  • Preventive testing: once a year without a referral (glucose, cholesterol, morphology and others) - in all variants.
  • Dentistry: Inspections, conservative treatment, dental surgery - included in the insurance coverage.
  • Outpatient Rehabilitation: Physiotherapy treatments at Medical Partner facilities.

Freedom of Treatment - use any facility you want

Antidote Plus is the only health insurance from InterRisk to offer the option of Freedom to Treat. If you receive benefits at a facility outside the Medical Partner network, InterRisk will reimburse you 70% of costs incurred (limit of PLN 500 per quarter). All you need to do is submit a request for reimbursement with an invoice attached.

Insurance premium

The premium for Antidote Plus depends on the selected variant (Standard/Extended/Complex), the form of insurance (individual, partnership, family), the age of the insured and the requested sum insured for a hospital stay. How to buy Antidote Plus insurance?

  • Contact a Polisarium advisor at. 325 325 325 - The consultant will help select a variant.
  • Choose the insurance variant (Standard, Extended or Complex) and form (individual, partnership, family).
  • Enter the data of insured persons (up to 69 years of age, children up to 25 years if they are studying).
  • Review the Antidote Plus T&C and the Medical Benefits Catalog.
  • Pay the premium - coverage begins on the date indicated in the contract. You will receive an insurance card.
  • Make appointments through the Medical Partner's medical hotline - cashless, without referrals.

Key exclusions of liability

Below are the main cases in which InterRisk will not cover the cost of benefits. For a complete catalog, see §5 of the Antidote Plus T&C:

  • Infertility treatment, gender reassignment, aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery procedures.
  • Rehab treatments and cures, drug treatment, AIDS treatment and Alzheimer's disease treatment.
  • Being under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants or psychotropic substances.
  • Participation in clinical trials and medical experiments.
  • Warfare, acts of terror, epidemics, pandemics.
  • Engaging in high-risk sports (mountaineering, skydiving, diving, etc.).
  • Costs of medicines and medical supplies (except for life-saving emergencies).

Frequently asked questions about Antidote Plus insurance

Antidote Plus offers a different network of medical facilities (a different Medical Partner than Enel-Med in Medi-Care) and a unique Freedom to Treat option - reimbursement of 70% costs at any out-of-network facility. Antidote Plus also covers hospital stay both after NW and due to illness (Medi-Care - only after NW). It has 3 variants (Standard, Extended, Complex) vs 7 in Medi-Care.

If you receive a medical benefit at a facility outside the Medical Partner network, you can submit a claim for reimbursement. InterRisk will reimburse 70% of the costs resulting from the invoice, with a limit of PLN 500 per quarter for all reimbursed services. You submit the application with the invoice attached - the reimbursement is credited to your account.

Individuals up to 69 years of age. Available forms: individual, partnership (with spouse/partner) and family (+ children up to age 18, or up to age 25 if they are studying). Insurance can also be taken out as a group policy for company employees.

Standard - 7 adult specialists (without referral), 6 pediatric specialists, basic dentistry. Expanded - 19 specialists, dermatologist for children, pregnancy and childbirth, expanded dentistry. Complex - 27 specialists (20 without + 7 with referral, including neurosurgeon, immunologist, hepatologist), full dentistry, pregnancy and childbirth.

Yes - both after an accident and due to illness (unlike Medi-Care). Daily benefit for each day of stay, max 60 days, SU up to PLN 3,000. Does not cover stays in nursing facilities or spa treatment.

The T&Cs do not provide for standard grace periods for consultations and examinations. Coverage begins from the date indicated in the contract. Exception: hospital stay insurance does not cover diseases diagnosed before coverage.

In the network of private Medical Partner facilities indicated on the InterRisk website - cashless. In addition, with the Freedom of Treatment option, you can use any medical facility in Poland with reimbursement of 70% costs (limit of 500 PLN/quarter).
